• Businesses without an active job posting must pay $750 per booth.

• Exhibitors may set up their booths on March 25, 2026, between 3-6 P.M. or on March 26, 2026, between 7-8:45 A.M
• Booths must be fully set up by 8:45 AM on March 26 and staffed throughout the event.
• Booth breakdown must not begin before 6:00 PM. Early takedown is not permitted. You will be charged $500 for early takedown.

Yes — Closer to the event, we will email all registrants with the option to order lunch, which will be delivered to the booth around noon on the day of the event.

Each exhibitor will be promoted through extensive social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, along with TV and radio interviews, as well as local media advertising.

The Career Fair will be heavily marketed to job seekers throughout Central and Northern Nevada, ensuring strong attendance and broad regional reach.

Yes — a large, private space will be available for employers to conduct on-site interviews.

Yes — a copy machine will be available for all exhibitors in the break room.
