CONFIRMED COMPANIES

  • Businesses with an active job posting on Northern NV Jobs qualify for a discounted booth rate of $550.
  • Businesses classified as a non-profit qualify for a discounted booth rate of $550.
  • Businesses without an active job posting must pay $650 per booth.

  • Exhibitors may set up their booths on April 10 between 6:30 – 8:45 a.m.
  • Booths must be fully set up by 8:45 AM on April 10 and staffed throughout the event.
  • Booth breakdown must not begin before 6:00 PM. Early takedown is not permitted.

Yes — Closer to the event, we will email all registrants with the option to order lunch, which will be delivered to the booth around noon on the day of the event.

Each exhibitor will be promoted through extensive social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as TV and radio, and local media advertising.

The Career Fair will be heavily marketed to job seekers throughout Central and Northern Nevada, ensuring strong attendance and broad regional reach.

Yes — a large, private space will be available for employers to conduct on-site interviews.

  • One (1) 10×10 exhibit space
  • One (1) 8-foot table and two (2) chairs (unless otherwise specified)
  • Access to event marketing promotions

Additional Requests: Electricity is available for an additional $25 and must be requested in advance.

All exhibitors must be registered by April 3 by 8 p.m. PT

Yes, there will be a designated breakout room for all exhibitors, private from event attendees.
